چکیده فارسی:در ابواب مختلف بزه زنا بین دو فقه امامیه و حنفیه اتفاق و اختلاف آراء وجود داشته و هر یک از این دو دیدگاه دارای ادله و براهین متفاوتی در توجیه کلامشان ارائه نموده و هریک برای خود منطقی را پیش گرفته اند اما هرچند در مذهب شیعه اختلاف اصحاب در موارد بسیار جزئی وجود دارد ولیکن اختلاف در فقه حنفیه در برخی مسائل به جایی می رسد که بعضی از فقهای احناف نظرات جناب ابوحنیفه را که امام و پیشوای مذهبشان می باشد را رد می نمایند. لذا از تعاریف…
