In this paper, we propose and evaluate a novel design of a lightly doped drain and source carbon nanotube field effect transistor (LDDS-CNTFET) with a negative differential resistance (NDR) characteristic, called negative differential resistance LDDS-CNTFET (NDR-LDDS-CNTFET).
