Impact of BASNEF model educational program on body mass index, nutritional behavior and physical activity of obese students<\/a><\/h3>\n

Obesity and overweight are widely known as predicament not only because of its harmful has physiological affected also, its negative effect on quality of life. One of the facets that cause this issue is adolescents’ attitude toward behavior in high school adolescents nutritional patterns and physical activities. Education can enhance adolescents’ attitude and prevents from this problem. The aim of this study is to evaluate alterations in adolescents attitude toward behavior, behavioral self-administration using BASNEF model. METHODS: This study was a semi-experimental with pre-test, post test and follow up design. Fifty-one overweight\/obese age16.4 ± 0.57 year olds high school adolescents participated in this study.
